Please note that we cannot disclose your information without your written request. You are required to provide appropriate information to the staff about your identity when contacting the practice with any medical query.

Every member of staff follows strict confidentiality rules at The Churchill Clinic. When you call the practice for an appointment, you will be asked by reception to give details about the nature of your query. This is to pass on to the clinical team so they can assess and choose the best doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

You can save time and tell us in detail about the nature of your query, without needing to speak to one of the receptionists, by sending your request online.

A suggestion box is kept in the waiting room. Please feel free to make any suggestions to help us to improve our services. If you wish to make a complaint about a member of staff or about our service, call or write to our practice manager at the surgery so we can look into your feedback.

Thank you for being patient and courteous with all our staff. Like all GP practice teams, we work in an extremely fast-moving, highly stressful environment. Sometimes we make mistakes; we’re only human but we’ll always do our best to make it right if you contact us about it as most patients kindly do. That said, we operate a Zero Tolerance policy to protect our team and other patients. This means violent and abusive patients will be removed from our premises and our practice list with immediate effect.
