To register at the Practice you need to fulfil the criteria.
- Two proofs of address: They have to be in the past 3 months and CAN NOT be 2 of the same thing;
- Two forms of PHOTO ID together with the address proof.

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 12.00am and 13:00hrs – 17:45hr
(Except Thursday afternoons when the surgery is closed)
Despite our doors being open from 8:30am it is advisable that patients wanting to register arrive at 9:00am at the earliest. Between 8:30 and 9:00am patients are calling to book appointments for that day and as such it is our busiest time of the day. If you come during this period you may be asked to take a seat as we deal with incoming calls.
You will be given the registration to complete and then we will be able to book you an appointment for a New Patient Health Check (THIS IS NOT A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT)
If you fail to attend or do not cancel the appointment you WILL NOT be given another chance to register and will have to find another GP
You CAN NOT register on behalf of anyone else.
If you have a NHS card from your previous GP, please bring it along when you come to register.
